Where do you ship your beer?
Due to current liquor laws, we can only ship our products to select states within the US. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of eligible regions.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave the package unattended.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Perishable goods such as beer cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my Black Raven beer?
To maintain the highest quality and flavor profile, we recommend keeping all our beers refrigerated at all times and away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your order directly from our brewery taproom during regular business hours.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
Most of our core beers are vegan. However, some specialty releases may contain honey or lactose. Please check the specific product description for ingredient details.
