Due to the perishable nature of our products, Black Raven Brewing Co. cannot accept returns on beer or food items once they have left our facility. If you experience an issue with your order or receive damaged merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon delivery or pickup, carefully check your items for any signs of damage, leakage, or incorrect fulfillment.

Take clear photographs of any damaged packaging or incorrect products to help our team process your claim quickly.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your items to initiate a refund or replacement request.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a credit to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement shipment.
